Privacy Policy

PDPLUS is a shopping and delivery marketplace. This policy explains how we handle information when you browse, create an account, sign in with Google, place an order, or contact support.

Information we collect

• Account information: your name, email address, phone number, password hash, and account preferences when you register directly.
• Google sign-in information: your name, email address, and Google account identifier when you choose Continue with Google. We do not receive your Google password.
• Shopping and delivery information: products selected, order history, delivery details, availability requests, support messages, and related transaction records.
• Technical information: basic device, browser, session, security, and diagnostic information needed to operate and protect the service.

How Google user data is used

PDPLUS uses Google sign-in data only to verify your identity, create or connect your PDPLUS customer account, mark the email as verified, keep you signed in, and provide account-related shopping features. PDPLUS does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Contacts, Google Calendar, or other Google services.

The Google ID token is checked during sign-in. PDPLUS does not store it as an ongoing Google access token and does not use it to access other Google services. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements.

How we use information

• Provide account access, product availability checks, order fulfilment, delivery updates, and customer support.
• Secure accounts, prevent fraud and abuse, troubleshoot problems, and improve the PDPLUS experience.
• Send service messages related to an account or order.

Sharing and sale of information

PDPLUS does not sell Google user data. Information may be shared only with service providers and operational partners that help us host, secure, support, fulfil, or deliver the service; when you direct us to share it; or when disclosure is required to protect users, PDPLUS, or comply with a valid legal obligation. Partners receive only the information reasonably needed for their task.

Storage, retention and security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. Account and order information is retained while the account is active and as reasonably needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or meet record-keeping obligations. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and deletion

You may use email and password instead of Google sign-in. You may also disconnect PDPLUS from your Google Account permissions. To request access, correction, or deletion of your PDPLUS account and associated personal information, contact PDPLUS Support. We will verify the request before acting on it.

Policy updates

We may update this policy when the service or our data practices change. The effective date above will be revised, and material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
